Sit and Be Fit?!

Ankle hurt, no chance of any kind of exercise. Please tell me if you have any better alternatives. Though I must admit these old birds seem sassy.

Pilates, great strength exercising. You can also just jump rope on one foot!

I just saw your pictures...you look smashing in that blue foot get-up. What on earth did you do...and make the story good, even if it a fiblet.
