TIGER BALM! Believe it or not I have experienced the extraordinary healing powers of tiger balm. This powerful stuff has an uncanny resemblance to mentholatum cream, i.e., Carmex.
When I went on study abroad the professor's wives used to give it to us to swipe under our noses to supposedly keep us from getting carsick on the long bus rides. Unfortunately, I found that the smell of Carmex (I mean, Tiger Balm) made me immediately nauseous.
