I love the old fashion traditions of giving flowers and having worker's demonstrations on May 1. Hope you're having a good day, with a few flowers in sight.
There was a giant parade down the Strand when I was walking to school Thursday, and now it makes sense why. I didn't know about the tradition of worker parades on May Day, but I did notice, among the many many people, a giant banner for Iran's Communist Party. Made me do a double take.
